Purchased in January 2024. We happened to be able to purchase a precious bottle, which was delivered to the liquor store before the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and we cherish it. It is soft and cool, with a plump and elegant flavor that is the pride of Noto. It is a refined and friendly sake.
