I bought this sake to drink on the day the cherry blossoms in Tokyo were declared to be in bloom, but they bloomed 2 days earlier than expected, so I opened the bottle today. ㊗️
I don't care much about seasonal sake, but most spring sake has a red or pink label, which makes me feel more comfortable. ❤️
Well, as usual, I take a sip of water and start drinking 😊.
The aroma is mild.
I would say there is a shuwa shuwa gasiness, but it's a shame it's not there after just opening the bottle 😥.
In the mouth, soft sweetness and sourness spread and harmonize in the mouth. Then it disappears with bitterness.
My personal preference would be for the bitterness to settle down a bit more, but even so, it is a delicious sake that meets the standard of what a spring sake should be 🍶.
Well, it was a treat 😍.
