This sake is a limited edition from Kamotsuru brewery in Saijo, Hiroshima, made from Hirokei Sanjusan rice suitable for sake brewing.
It has a wonderful aroma and lingering aftertaste that spreads from mouth to nose like a fine brandy in the mouth.
The texture is a little tender on the tongue, but it is not sweet, and the strange flavor, with its gusto and clear taste, is unparalleled.
It is a good finish.
If I were to use an analogy, it is like looking at the sea between the sunset and the sunset in the Seto Inland Sea.
