What is this? It's so good!
At first glance, or rather, at first taste, one would think that a light classic type of sake smell would spread out, but then a light acidity would kick in. It's like a "gup, pah, and then chop.
It's good. Seriously. If Kaiun is more of a modern mixed type, this is more of a classic mixed type.
This label also has a taste and is very impressive.
