In 2022, Kobayashi Sake Brewery celebrates the 150th anniversary of its founding. Hououmida has recently opened a new brewery, "Hisho Kura". Originally, this new brewery is used for research to improve brewing techniques and to train brewing technicians, and is mainly used for experimental brewing. However, to commemorate the opening, we are releasing a special sake brewed in the new brewery! The brewer has stated that this anniversary bottle will be the only shipment, making it a very valuable and memorable bottle.
