At a sake shop that carries a wide variety of sake, I couldn't help but pick up what appeared to be the last bottle. The beautiful label looked familiar. Looking back on our application, we had had this sake before. The sake is a bit strong, but it has a good balance between a good amount of gas, dryness, and umami. I would like to try other sake from Shimane.
