50th anniversary commemorative bottle, labeled "Junmai" even though it is 50% polished. Is this the spirit of Tasake? It certainly has a "pure rice" feel to it, and is very elegant. It is the first time for me to taste Tasake's Yamahai. It has a complex aroma of pineapple and nuts, and the aroma is mild but good. Sweet and lightly bitter. Delicious. I also had never tasted Kojo-nishiki before. Tasake is still amazing.
