Himeki
Freshly opened bottle.
Clear, crisp, and easy to drink.
It's good.
I can see why it's so popular.
It doesn't have an aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, it stimulates my tongue. ...Is it muddy? Dry? I don't know. Anyway, I can feel it on the tip of my tongue.
The aftertaste is tangy and dry. It goes well with food.
I guess its common name is "red label". Locals say that this is the more common label.
It is very delicious.
I think this one is more to my liking than the nama-shu Kameari. I bought it at the supermarket, and I'm glad I came across it.
I'm going to let it sit for a few days. I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes.
