The X-type I had dreamed of, and it was sparkling...my hands were shaking holding the sake cup 😂.
It's delicious! It's no surprise, but it was just delicious😍!
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all beautiful and refined, and the gas is pleasant and not too strong!
I wonder if it's okay to skip the regular X-type and drink this one first😅.
