Kumakichi
In January 2023, I was finally able to do some sake activities in the second half of the month, and while making a tour of liquor stores, I stopped by a liquor store and found a rare lineup of "Tobiroki" special junmai!
The production date was October 2022, so I assumed it was a leftover from last year, but I was grateful to buy it!
It was 3,190 yen for a bottle, and the taste had a sweet fruit aroma, but when you gulp it down, you can feel the umami and sharpness in the refreshing taste!
A very well-balanced bottle that I could drink forever!
