It was served in a wine glass because it was tagged as a 2022 gold medal winner of the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award.
We received a set of one Hiramasa block, Kama and Ara from Kinko Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, so we had it with sashimi and Ara miso soup. The miso soup with the ara was too good, but the bone got stuck in my throat and I was in a hurry 💦.
I'm glad I got it safely. ☺️
