This is a cup brewed by the Nanasho Sake Brewery in Kiso.
This clean, dry sake is perfect for early summer.
It is not only spicy, but also has the umami flavor typical of junmai sake.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 60%, it seems to be a junmai sake without "tokubetsu" (special).
