A kind of Tenbi's Hakuten.
60% polished rice with 901 yeast.
More grapey than apple compared to daiginjos.
Sake quality was quite favorable, with more acidity and softness than sweetness.
Compared to the others, the aftertaste had a slightly difficult sensation to pass down the throat.
It's hard to tell since I'm comparing the Amami, but I guess it's an average tasty sake.
