Attended a high-end sake party at my usual bar!
We enjoyed pairing it with a course meal.
Finally, dessert!
We had Nabeshima with Biwa millefeuille.
One sip and it was thick and sweet! It was so sweet! I was so happy.
I heard they make kijoshu from kijoshu. Amazing!
This is the sweetest sake I have ever had.
I don't know what kind of food it would go well with except desserts.
I guess it goes well with desserts with a bit of sourness.
It was so rich!
