Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' house.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight carbonation, light acidity, and strong sweetness, giving the impression of a mellow sake. The sake is quite assertive, so I paired it with sashimi, whale meat, and cheese, but I felt most at home with cheese. It is also very tasty on its own, so you can gobble it up without a side dish. Delicious.
