When I go to Nagoya City, I often see Owari Otokoyama in a cup.
The cup is very light and has a low alcohol content, but the original is 20 degrees Celsius.
The taste has a rich sweetness that is typical of a rich sugar content.
It also has a strong rice-derived flavor.
I thought it was a little too sweet when heated.
It is best at room temperature. It is not well-balanced on the rocks.
It was hot today and I was personally tired, so I decided to buy a cheap, easy-to-drink honjozo sake at a nearby Yamaya, but I also bought this one along with Chiyogiku's Mino no Shizuku.
It didn't go as well as I had hoped for on the rocks, but it's been a while since I've had this kind of gusty sake!

This restaurant has a lady who wears a kimono, not a kappo-gi!
All Japanese boys in this world love kimonos and kappo-gowns, so I think it's a good thing that they wear kimonos in beer halls!
