Haginiki Shuzo is a brewery located in Nishiwaki, Suruga-ku, Shizuoka City. Brewed with water from the Abekawa River, one of the clearest streams in Japan, it produces a clean, soft sake that is uniquely Shizuoka. This dry junmai sake is made with Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture and Association No. 9 yeast. This sake has a flavor that can be enjoyed cold or hot, and is a perfect match for fish dishes.
Rice used: Hitogokochi
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Strength: 15%.
