NAMINOTO Junmai Ginjyo Chukkumi, sold by volume.
Sweet aroma, carbonation on the tip of the tongue, more umami than sweetness that goes down the throat smoothly, lingering sweetness that spreads after it finishes, and bitterness that lingers in the throat at the end.
The sweetness and umami expands as the temperature rises, so I would like to try it at a temperature close to room temperature as well 😁.
I want to drink it at almost room temperature 😁.
