みやび♪♪♪♪ Well, this time it's a long story. I was at a local supermarket and I didn't expect to find Kutouryuu! But a bottle... I was worried... I don't know where to store it... After a week of worrying, I saw there were only 2 bottles left... Yes, I bought it. I bought it. I read the word-of-mouth that it mellows out around 2 or 3 days after being uncorked, so I put it into practice. I tasted it right after the bottle was opened. It felt like it was made a long time ago. The alcohol stings and it's very spicy... Will it really become mellow? ←I'm a little worried. Yes, it did! It became so! This is delicious! Seriously? It's the kind of sake that makes you drink it! Sake is really deep! Sake is really deep! And now Aruzoe is delicious? My image of sake has been shattered! And I'm going to start uploading pictures of the snacks from this time! Actually, I make almost all the snacks by hand every time! Specializing in snacks Since I made them, I thought I'd post them here. This time, from the left Tomato salad by Buzz recipe (homemade) Salted squid (store-bought) Grilled beef with garlic and sesame oil (homemade) Hmmm... I don't think salted and pickled squid goes well with it... surprisingly...
