Kana Maki
Appearance: Sound, almost colorless and transparent, medium viscosity
Nose: Sound, medium strength, with hints of rice malt, yogurt, cooked rice, peat and smoke, with hints of rice and dairy products and a sense of maturity, but medium complexity.
Taste: Sound Attack: Medium texture, smooth but crisp, with initial umami, sweetness and acidity, followed by bitterness. It has a full-bodied dryness, medium intonation, with scents of rice malt, yogurt and white sugar, and a slightly short aftertaste.
It is a mellow sake, but the crispness of the taste makes it almost like a refreshing sake.
Memo:It might go well with the curry taste.
