Local sake from Mino, the "udatsu-lined town. The label is wrapped in Mino washi, a local specialty. I thought the reading was "Momoharu," but it was "Hyakushun. I have just learned that the word "卯atsu" is written "卯つ".
It has a gorgeous sweetness that is typical of junmai daiginjo. It has a refreshing aftertaste and does not burn the stomach.
