3. Hanagaki's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, Yamahai Junmai. It's gorgeous and fresh on the palate, but there's a bit of an eggy taste, and the aftertaste is quite spicy. I don't know what kind of rice it is, but it tastes like Gohyakumangoku. 60%, about 1650 yen, Nakazawa sake shop in Yachiyo.
