I bought this at Tokyo Station. I had it with a kama-age shirasu bento (boxed lunch) from Ibaraki prefecture. It's dry, and the more you drink it, the more spicy it gets, and it has a mellow yet refreshing aftertaste. It's like a super dry beer. It's like Super Dry in beer. It's a delicious sake that goes well with strong flavored dishes.
