Refreshing and delicious! The bitterness is weak, the sweetness of the rice is moderate, and the acidity is smooth and well balanced. Although it is a light, refreshing sake, it has a presence that is not overpowered by food, making it an excellent choice as a mealtime sake. I especially like it as a first drink. It is more mellow when it has been aged than when it is freshly opened.
