Fudo Junmai Daiginjo Akita Sake-Komachi. When I opened the bottle, I could smell a cherry aroma. Even after drinking it, it has a cherry-like flavor and sourness. It has a sweet and sour liqueur-like sweet and sour taste. I experienced a Junmai Daiginjo class flavor. However, the rice polishing ratio is not cut down too much to 50%. My first Fudo, it was delicious.
