This special junmai sake is made from the Midorigaoka Brewery of the Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery in Kamikawa Town, Hokkaido, and is 100% Ginpu.
It is a very delicious sake with a full flavor and aroma of rice and a refreshing acidity.
