Ripe melon-like fruity flavor that is typical of Omachi.
The soft sweetness and umami of the rice spread out, and the fullness of the flavor comes out around the middle.
It has the "fullness" of Omachi, but because it is a Junmai Daiginjo, it is elegant with little cloying taste.
