Summer sake from Naekaya.
It is said to be a fresh-stored sake, so I wonder if it is a hiyaoroshi.
Like Reiheki, this sake is also made from Yuyamanishiki, but the impression is quite different, with a clean, light, summery taste.
The fruity flavor is restrained, and the sake is sharp and easy to drink.
It would go well with simmered and soaked eggplant.
