If you want to drink it with sashimi, this is the one! It was recommended to me. When I drank it cold, I got the impression that it had a refreshing taste without any aftertaste. Even when I ate it with horse mackerel sashimi, it cleared up the raw smell. When served warm, the sake takes on a super-spicy presence. However, the clean aftertaste is still there, so I was able to enjoy it with unni. I felt it was a high level sake for sashimi and sushi.
