I was very impressed with this Jipangu that I had at a restaurant before.
I happened to find it at my favorite liquor store.
I bought it immediately.
This one also has a fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of Toyo Bijin from the start, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads quickly in your mouth.
The sweetness is immediately apparent on the palate.
The taste never betrayed my expectations 😊.
It is delicious.

I was under the impression that Toyo Bijin-san's sake with alcohol was rare, but it is a delicious sake that goes well with meals 🤗.
