I drank it at home on April 15 this year.
This sake was one of three bottles sent to me as a return gift from a hometown tax payment.
I asked for a set of sake, which is very difficult to obtain in the Kansai region where I live.
This is my first experience of Furusato tax payment, but I am glad to be sent something that I cannot usually get.
I felt the taste was the clearest among the three types sent this time.
I think I will ask for Furusato tax payment again next year.
