Tasake: This sake is made from special junmai sake.
It tastes good, but it seems to be fattening. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 😋.
I compared it with Tobiroki (Junmai Daiginjo).
I definitely prefer Tobiroki.
Tasake (Kijoshu) is quite sweet, so even those who don't like sake can enjoy it.
