Kudoki-Ue's Jr. series is a sake made by the president's son. This one uses Yuki Megami sake rice, and the rice polishing ratio is 29%, which is a very low ratio.

After opening the package, there is a very nice fruity aroma. The taste is also very fruity and strong. I think the closest I can get is that it tastes like yellow peaches. I don't feel any bitterness or alcohol at all, and I can drink it very easily.
As usual, Kudokyu-tei has no disappointments. It is dark, sweet, and fruity, just the way I like it. I also discovered that I might like sake made with snow goddess. The price is a little high because of the amount of rice used, but you can't go wrong.
