Akita Sake
Suigoku Junmai Ginjo
This sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo, the same company that makes Hanayu.
This sake is also hard to find. The aroma is less fruity than that of Hana Yuu. The first sip is slightly sweet, followed by the umami of rice. But it is mild, and the acidity lingers on the back end of the mouth. Another sip and the sweetness doubles.
The image of the taste changes depending on the situation of the aroma, the first sip, the lingering aftertaste, and the aftertaste, which is somewhat similar to Isshaku Suisei. This is delicious.
