Good evening, this is my second post. The first lot of the season has been released, but I've been sleeping on this one from three seasons ago, as usual, here 💁♂️
Sancho Hozu 2021 (Gonoho Brewery) ✨
I'm surprised I didn't realize it had been sitting for over 3 seasons 😱.
From the standing aroma, it smells like a well aged aroma😅 (not in a bad way, but it turns into sweet caramel and roasted coffee) and the taste is a concentrated sweet chocolate 🍫 and pudding 🍮 with a good amount of gas 😆.
I learned once again that I should drink the sake as soon as possible and not be too sick of wasting it 😓.
