Lightly effervescent in appearance, fresh and sweet.
Impression of banana-like sweetness in both aroma and taste?
Is it typical of Kameizumi, or rather CEL-24? While it is intensely sweet, the banana aroma is stronger than the Kameizumi I drank before, and as someone who does not like bananas, it may be too sweet.
The sweetness is intense, and the bitterness is almost imperceptible.
I think it would be very favorable for those who like sweet sake and do not dislike bananas.
