This is an autumn sake from Drunken Emon. A very delicious hiyaoroshi.
It has a delicate aroma that befits its name, Akizakura, and is a sake that goes well with meals in the typical Drunken Emon style.
On a personal note, I had a corona during the Bon Festival and for a while I could not taste anything due to a taste disorder, but although I have recovered a lot, the delicate flavors are harder to recognize than before...
