I buy it at a liquor store in Morioka as a souvenir for myself. It is 100% Miyamanishiki, dry but with a hint of sweetness from the rice. The aftertaste is crisp and clean, making it easy to drink. It's even smoother and easier to drink when it's lukewarm, and goes well with all kinds of food. I've been drinking it with simmered sea bream. It's delicious.
