Kamonishiki荷札酒 播州山田錦
yu
The aroma is mild and slightly peachy.
There is a slight gassy feeling immediately after opening the bottle.
I had drunk it at a restaurant before, but when I actually drank it at home, I thought it tasted more sour than I had expected. The next day, however, the sourness had eased up and the balance of sweetness and flavor was just right.
It is a fresh sweet-umami type, and the sweetness gradually lingers after the end of drinking.
Personally, it was my second favorite sake after Bizen Omachi.
