It was the last 45ml, but it was almost all lees, so they said they would serve it, which was lucky in a way.
It was like that, so it looked almost like the first glass of DOBUROKU.
The gasiness was faint and probably not what it was supposed to be.
The sweetness of the rice is also cut off moderately and leaves a good bitter taste.
We were lucky to be able to taste it in its rare state for free, but we would like to try it in its original state as well!
