Another bottle of sake I drank on New Year's Day, Sawanoi from Ome City, Tokyo. My brother-in-law brought it to me.
I bought and drank it myself a long time ago. It is orthodox, but has a deep, rich flavor. It was a perfect match for New Year's Day, and went great with osechi dishes and sashimi of tuna.
