Last night we enjoyed #Aizu Nakasyo special junmai light nigori sake from #Tsurunoe Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture.
It has a fresh aroma like a young green melon and a mellow flavor. It is not too sweet and has a nice crispness. It is very delicious.
The photo shows only the supernatant portion of the first glass.
