Japanese crane (Grus japonensis)
Discreet pineapple aroma. Slightly effervescent. Dry taste. Moderate acidity gives a refreshing impression. The bitterness remains and it is very tasty. This is the kind of wine that you will never get tired of drinking.
Purchased at a supermarket in front of Komagane Station.
They sell a set of fire-brewed Shinanotsuru. As expected of a local.
The notation of the sake is Shinanotsuru, but the old signboard in front of the station and in the city is Shinanotsuru.
The day I bought this, I went to the Yomeishu factory, the pride of Komagane, but no sake wa contributed in the past. It is a sake made from glutinous rice and koji, though. Is Hon Mirin sake or not?
