I was attracted by the catch copy "rice juice" and bought a bottle.
Really? I sniffed it, and the smell was of full-bodied rice!
When I put it in my mouth with high expectations, the rice flavor certainly came to the forefront!
No fruity fruitiness, no modern acidity, just a simple taste of umami and strong bitterness reminiscent of plump white rice!
Not so much a classic, but this is sake! A bottle that makes you want to say, "This is sake!
The copy of rice juice is also understandable!
