Sake made in collaboration with Amego no Tsuki, which started on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
This limited edition sake is only available at places that have a contract with Mochizuki Shoten.
Ame-Go-Tsuki is a brand of sake that goes well with oysters from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
The refreshing taste was just like "Amego Tsuki".
It was a perfect match with sashimi.
It was great with the salt from grilled Spanish mackerel straw.
