じゅにち
A light nigori version of Urasato brewed by a young genius Touji, Chikara Urasato. It was kept in storage for enjoyment, but was opened today.
The nose has a sweet and sour fruity aroma with a hint of citrus. On the palate, it has a gassy, gusty, shrieky sensation, with a green melon-like sweetness and a slight bitterness. Very tasty 😋.
