This is really delicious.
I've been a fan since I first encountered it at an izakaya a few years ago.
I want to go to Niigata...
I'm the type of person who likes medium-bodied sake, but I basically like to enjoy dishes and sake together.
But lately I drink it while putting the kids to bed and nursing them to sleep (lol), so I can't keep pinching myself and tend to choose the sweet type.
If you have any recommendations, I'd like to buy some...! (relaxation during maternity leave)
