speysideThis is the first time to drink this brewery. As the name suggests, it has a fruity aroma and is easy to drink with no unpleasant taste at all. It has a strong impression of melon nuance rather than apple. The character is a little weak, but it is like a Fukushima sake with a beautiful mouthfeel that goes well with Japanese food in general. We paired it with prawn and lotus root sandwiches, pickled eggplant, boiled motsu and salmon roe rice.
