I'm going to Kaida Kogen in Nagano Prefecture with a group of high school classmates at the end of this month, and I don't know if I'll go, but I thought I'd preview a relatively nearby sake brewery, Nanasho.
I took a sip and found it to be very rich in flavor!
It's a raw sake, so it's not watered down. Alcohol 19 degrees Celsius.
