The last of the Tempura Festival is Jikin!
We opened a bottle of my wife's favorite.
The aroma, taste, umami, aftertaste, and sharpness are all well balanced at a high level.
I would like to drink it all the time, but by this time I'm getting very drunk,
I wanted to keep drinking, but by this time I was so drunk that I had to be driven off to the bedroom to go to bed.
Anyway, GW, which was a long weekend without going anywhere, ended with the best Tempura Festival.
